Terms of Service

Rules for live face swap, subscriptions, credits, and recordings.

Last updated: 2026-11-04

About these terms

These terms apply to AI Face Swap Live (the “Service”). “We” and “us” refer to the operator of the Service. By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using the Service, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information, and our Refund & Cancellation Policy explains refunds and subscription cancellation.

Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. Provide accurate account and billing information, keep your sign-in details secure, and contact Support if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not share, sell, or transfer your account or credits to another person.

What the Service provides

The Service transforms a live camera feed using a reference portrait and cloud AI processing. Camera preview alone does not start paid generation. You need a compatible browser, a working camera, an internet connection, and sufficient credits to generate AI output.

Results depend on your input, lighting, connection, and provider availability. We do not guarantee a particular resemblance, uninterrupted streaming, a fixed frame rate, or acceptance by a third-party platform. Browser capture in OBS is separate from a system virtual camera; a desktop virtual-camera application is not included in a web subscription.

Optional recording saves up to 90 seconds of AI output per clip in your browser. Microphone audio is included only if you enable it and grant permission. Download recordings before leaving the page or making another recording. We do not provide cloud storage or recovery for these clips.

Permission to use portraits and recordings

Only submit portraits, camera footage, voices, and other material that you own or have permission to use for the intended purpose. Obtain the necessary consent from the people depicted. An image being publicly available online does not by itself give you permission to use it.

You remain responsible for how you distribute, label, or monetize output, including any consent, disclosure, intellectual-property, privacy, and platform requirements. Providing a tool or preset does not grant rights to another person's identity or guarantee that an output is eligible for exclusive copyright protection.

Prohibited uses

Do not use the Service to:

  • Impersonate someone deceptively, commit fraud, or bypass identity checks, account verification, or other security controls.
  • Create or distribute non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual exploitation content, or sexual content involving minors. Do not submit nudity or sexually explicit reference images.
  • Harass, threaten, defame, exploit, or violate another person's privacy or publicity rights.
  • Misrepresent altered content as an authentic statement or recording of a real person where doing so deceives or harms others.
  • Infringe copyright, trademarks, or other rights, or violate applicable law or a destination platform's rules.
  • Bypass moderation, manipulate metering or payments, abuse other users' accounts, or disrupt the Service.

We may review submitted material, reject references, stop sessions, or restrict access to address misuse. Automated checks can make mistakes; contact Support if you believe a restriction is incorrect. Passing a check is not confirmation that you have all necessary rights.

Prices, payments, and delivery

Prices are in US dollars (USD) unless checkout expressly states otherwise. Applicable taxes and the total charge are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe when purchases are enabled; we do not receive or store full card numbers.

Credits become available after payment is confirmed. If payment succeeds but credits do not appear, contact Support with the order or receipt number rather than purchasing again. Prices and allowances are shown on the Pricing page and at checkout. Future price changes do not reduce credits already purchased; recurring price changes will be communicated before they apply, with an opportunity to cancel renewal.

Monthly and annual subscriptions

  • Monthly subscriptions charge in advance and renew automatically each month until canceled. A successful payment grants that month's allowance.
  • Annual subscriptions charge the full annual amount in advance and renew automatically each year until canceled. The monthly-equivalent price is a comparison, not a monthly payment option. Credits are delivered in 12 monthly batches, beginning with the first batch after payment confirmation.
  • Each subscription batch expires 60 days after its scheduled issue date. Subscription months follow calendar-based anniversaries, not fixed 30-day periods. Unused credits carry forward only until their own expiry; a new grant does not extend old credits.
  • Annual percentage discounts compare the annual price with 12 payments at the corresponding monthly price. They do not promise a lifetime price.
  • A separate subscription purchase creates a separate recurring commitment; it does not automatically replace or cancel an existing subscription.

Cancel renewal through Billing before the next charge. Cancellation stops future renewal charges and does not automatically refund a past payment. Within an already-paid annual term, remaining monthly grants continue on schedule unless that purchase is refunded or the account is deleted. Issued credits retain their original expiry even after renewal is canceled. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

One-time packs and credit usage

One-time credit packs do not renew and have no scheduled expiry while your account remains open. “Never expire” does not mean credits can be redeemed for cash, transferred, or preserved after account deletion. Credits are only usable within the Service.

Live generation currently uses 0.6 credits per second. The rate shown before a session starts applies to that session. Minute estimates on the Pricing page assume this rate. We use expiring credits before non-expiring credits, prioritizing the earliest expiry.

Camera preview and local recording carry no separate credit charge. Live usage starts after the first AI output frame is confirmed as displayed, not while the initial connection is being established. Usage is measured to the nearest 0.1 second. At the start, your available credits and the applicable rate determine the maximum session duration, subject to any displayed service limit. Adding credits does not extend an ongoing session. During the session we record usage; credits are deducted once when the session stops or is closed after a timeout. Credits are not reserved in advance. Credit expiry or other account spending may cause the session to end earlier. Stopping or losing the session ends billable usage according to the session records; background closure retries do not add charges. A session may end when credits run out, the connection fails, or a service limit is reached. Report suspected metering errors through Support so we can review the record and correct confirmed errors.

Your content and our materials

You keep any rights you hold in submitted content. You grant us the limited permission needed to transmit, process, temporarily store, and review that content to provide the requested features, moderate misuse, and resolve support issues as described in the Privacy Policy. This does not grant us permission to publish your private portraits or recordings as marketing examples.

Our software, branding, and original site materials remain ours or our licensors'. Third-party services and platforms have their own terms. You are responsible for checking the rules that apply to streaming or sharing your output elsewhere.

Suspension, deletion, and service changes

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address a breach, security threat, suspected fraud, or legal obligation. Where practical, we will explain the restriction and provide a way to contact Support. Nothing here removes any refund or other remedy required by law.

You can delete your account in Profile after canceling recurring subscriptions and stopping live sessions. Deletion removes sign-in access and forfeits remaining credits, including future grants associated with that account. It does not automatically refund payments or erase records that may need to be retained. Resolve open refund or data requests before deleting your account where possible.

We may change or discontinue features. If a material change prevents delivery of a paid service, we will address the affected purchase under our refund policy and applicable law.

Responsibility and mandatory rights

Use the Service with reasonable care and keep copies of anything you wish to retain. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by your unlawful use, your equipment, or a third-party platform's decisions. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limit mandatory rights relating to defective services, refunds, privacy, or consumer protection.

These terms do not require you to waive statutory withdrawal rights, use mandatory arbitration, or give up protections available under the law that applies to you.

Changes and contact

We will update the date above when these terms change and provide notice of material changes through the Service where appropriate. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights relating to an existing purchase.
