How to record a live webcam face swap
Make a short clip with your chosen face and voice, then download it before closing the tab.

Set up the shot before using credits
Open the camera workspace and click Camera input. Allow camera access and check that you can see your face. This is your local preview; the example playing beside it is not a recording of you. Select a preset or upload a portrait you have permission to use. Opening the camera alone doesn't start billing.
Decide whether to record
Under the output, find Record AI video. On a first visit, Auto-record each session and Include microphone audio are on. Turn off the microphone for a silent clip, or turn off auto-record if you only want to rehearse. If you declined microphone permission, the video can still record without your voice.
Start the session and check the result
Sign in with an account that has credits. Select Start Face Swap and confirm permission to use the portrait if prompted. Watch the AI output and the recording indicator: with auto-record on, the clip starts when live AI video becomes available, not while the camera preview or example is showing. If auto-record is off, select Record while the session is live.
Save the clip, then end the session
Each clip can run for up to 90 seconds. Stopping the recorder finishes the file but leaves the live swap running. If you're done, stop the face swap too. Wait for Download clip and save the file before you leave or refresh; the unsaved clip only exists in this tab. Check live usage rates or capture a longer session with OBS.
